BIO

A highly experienced Edit Producer, Post Producer and Post Production Consultant with over thirty years’ experience delivering high-end content across film, television and advertising.

He has worked at the forefront of UK post production, leading projects across digital-first campaigns, commercials, branded content and music videos, as well as long-form programming including broadcast drama, documentaries and feature films. This breadth of experience gives him a clear understanding of how to scale post-production workflows across different formats, platforms and delivery requirements.

Toby has held leadership roles at some of Soho’s leading post houses, including Cut+Run, The Quarry, Rushes and Blue, where he managed editorial and finishing teams, oversaw complex post pipelines, and delivered work for global brands, agencies and studios. He is experienced across the full post-production process—from pre-production planning through to final delivery—and is known for bringing structure, clarity and momentum to fast-paced projects.

Alongside hands-on post producing, Toby has extensive experience in post-production operations, including scheduling, budgeting, team management and workflow design. He has overseen the build and technical installation of post-production facilities, and works comfortably across editorial, VFX, grading and finishing environments.

He was elected by industry peers to the council of the Advertising Producers Association (APA), contributing to industry standards including the APA Editorial Contract.

More recently, Toby has expanded into workflow innovation and automation, developing an AI-driven platforms and automations focused on improving how creative talent and post-production resources are connected. He is particularly interested in how automation can increase efficiency and scalability, while maintaining the craft, collaboration and storytelling that define great work.

Toby works with agencies, production companies, brands to deliver post-production that is both creatively strong and operationally robust.
